* Job Description:
** - Are you passionate about providing exceptional care to oncology patients? - Join us as a Radiation Therapist, where your expertise in radiation therapy makes a profound difference in the lives of those battling cancer!

* Key Responsibilities:
** - Administer prescribed courses of radiation therapy with precision and compassion.
- Calculate procedure details including length and intensity of exposure, dosage size and strength, and recording equipment settings.
- Evaluate and assess the daily physiological and psychological responsiveness of patients, ensuring quality care.
- Participate in patient and community education regarding radiation therapy.
- Assist in the billing and coding process for radiation therapy.
- Carry out other assigned duties to support our healthcare team.

* Qualifications:
** - Associate’s degree in Radiation Therapy required.
- Associate’s degree in Radiation Technology required.
- Previous experience as a Radiation Therapist required.
** Credentials:** - Must hold a current Wyoming License as a Radiation Technologist and be in good standing with the Board.
- Must possess current ARRT registration and maintain good standing with the ARRT.
- BLS certification required or must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** - Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, oncologic pathology, radiation biology, and radiation oncology techniques.
- Demonstrate competence, compassion, and concern in meeting the needs of oncology patients.
- Excellent customer service skills, showcasing a friendly demeanor, tact, patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to listen attentively.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the capability to prioritize effectively.
- Possess outstanding problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently without immediate supervision.
- Quick learner of new computer software programs.
- Commitment to recognizing and protecting patient confidentiality.
- Uphold ethical and legal accountability in all responsibilities.
