State-of-the-art Varian True Beam Linear Accelerator.

🩺 Role Highlights
Precision Treatment:
Administer external radiation using the True Beam LINAC, performing treatments such as IMRT (Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy) and IGRT (Image-Guided Radiation Therapy).

Radiosurgery Capabilities:
Utilize cutting-edge SRS (Stereotactic Radiosurgery) to treat tumors in the brain, lungs, and spine with pinpoint accuracy.

Patient-Centered Care:
Evaluate and assess the daily physiological and psychological responsiveness of patients, providing compassionate care and education.

Technical Oversight:
Calculate exposure details (length, intensity, dosage) and manage recording equipment settings.

📋 Mandatory Requirements

Education:

Associate’s degree in Radiation Therapy/Technology required.

Licensure:
Current, valid Wyoming License as a Radiation Technologist in good standing.

Certification:
Active ARRT (T) registration.

Basic Life Support:
Current AHA BLS required (or must obtain within 60 days).

Experience:

Previous experience as a Radiation Therapist is required. Proficiency with Varian equipment and Epic EMR is highly preferred.
