Job OverviewProduction Support Technician I at Mountain West Farm Bureau. Responsibilities include maintaining moderately complex applications and monitoring systems, providing solutions, troubleshooting, analysis and support to resolve issues, developing, modifying and maintaining integrations, and providing in‑person technical support. This full‑time position is located in Laramie, WY and typically works 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Pay ranges from $4,016 to $4,385 per month depending on experience.

- Maintain and support moderately complex applications and monitoring systems.
- Provide solutions, troubleshoot, analyze and support to resolve issues.
- Develop, modify and maintain integrations, customized or standardized.
- Assist with design and implementation of solutions.
- Provide in‑person technical support.

Minimum Requirements:
- High school degree or GED.
- Experience in Microsoft programs.
- Ability to obtain product‑based certifications.
Preferred Requirements:
- Associate degree in business or information technology.
- Experience in property and casualty insurance.
