Mountain West Farm Bureau is currently hiring for a part-time Maintenance Technician to join our team and help with keeping the building clean and contracting with outside services for the building. The Maintenance Technician will also assist with the HVAC system, grounds maintenance including snow removal, mowing, trimming, weeding, and planting, to uphold a well-groomed and welcoming outdoor environment. This part-time position is located at the home-office in Laramie, WY and typically works 20 hours per week.

You can expect a competitive wage $17.00 per hour.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

In this part-time position, you will operate in a professional office environment. This role is active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing. The employee often must lift and move items, shovel and run small machinery including lawn mowers, ATV, small tractor, etc. The following are required to assist in the duties performed by a Maintenance Technician:

* High school degree or GED.

* One year of building maintenance experience.

* Physical stamina to perform physical labor.
