Overview
Job Summary No experience necessary as we will train!!!! Must be 18+
Responsibilities- Handling of wood products from raw lumber to finished products. This may include the following tasks:
- Removing nails from reclaimed lumber
- Cutting and sorting lumber for length and color
- Operating or receiving lumber from milling machines
- Cut milled lumber into packs for customers
- Stack milled lumber for shipment to customers
Must be able to keep up with a fast pace, comfortable around wood machinery. This position requires being on your feet all day, repeated lifting including up to 100 lbs. team lifting, and willingness to work indoors and outdoors. Follow all safety procedures.
We are a drug and alcohol free workplace. Successful candidates must pass a drug screen and background check. All manufacturing employees must have a hearing baseline test prior to employment. No relocation or housing allowance offered.
Compensation- Hourly Wage:
Starting at $15.00 per hour
- Medical Insurance -- 100% of employee premiums paid by Centennial Woods

- Vision Insurance -- 100% of employee premiums paid by Centennial Woods
- Short-term and long-term disability insurance - 100% of employee premiums paid by Centennial
- Life Insurance ($50,000 for employee)
Employees in this position are eligible for medical, dental and vision insurance on the first day of the month after 60 days of employment. Employees may add their legally wedded spouse and dependents. Employees will be responsible for 50% of those insurance premiums.
Employees in this position are eligible for short-term disability insurance, long-term disability insurance and life insurance on the first day of the month following their hire. Employees may purchase supplemental life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance for themselves, legally married spouse and dependents. The employee is responsible for 100% of these premiums.
