Roller meter Operator

Location:

Laramie, WY – Work in person
Job Type: Full‑Time

• Load materials into machinery, maintain equipment, and sanitize work areas.
• Thoroughly understand how roller meters operate, how to clean them, and how to eliminate issues like spilling and clogging.
• Set up and calibrate roller meters correctly and calibrate batches with unique issues as necessary.
• Periodically verify sizes coming out of roller meters and complete sizing checks after completion of batches.
• Verify that rejected product is truly defective and resolve issues if product was rejected incorrectly.
• Load and set up frosted glass tables.
• Operate frosted glass tables and ensure minimal extra product rejection.
• Complete traveler paperwork, cleaning logs, maintenance logs in their entirety.

• Minimum of one year of experience working in a manufacturing setting.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player.
• Mechanically minded with ability to calibrate specific batches and solve unique issues.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
