Food Production Associate

Pay: Starting at $13.50/hour

Hours: 32-40 hrs/5 days per week

Education: Speak/read English, basic math skills

Age: 18+

Trial/Training Period: 30 days

If you enjoy working with your hands doing light labor while listening to music and working alongside others, this position is a great fit for you! In this role you will help our food production schedule stay on track by working on either the production or packaging sides of the process. We are seeking to fill this position with friendly dependable people who are looking for full-time employment.

• Non-retail environment; no interaction with customers and no uniforms.
• No food experience necessary. We will train you.

• Paid 10 min break within each 4hrs worked.

We are looking for reliable individuals who foster a positive and productive work environment being teachable, flexible to change and proactive about tasks. Applicant will be trained and expected to follow all food safety protocols. During a shift you will be expected to work standing up, lift trays, boxes and other items (up to 30 lbs) in order to help make and package product.

An associate will be expected to work a minimum of 32 hrs each week. Other tasks may include:

• Using scales and other handheld equipment like tape and label guns.
• Cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, cleaning tables, trash removal, etc.
• Packaging finished products including flow wrapping, making case boxes, labeling and sealing.
• Assisting in making products by adding toppings, lining trays, moving racks to different stations, handling dough and consolidating finished products onto trays.
