Auto Parts Coordinator

Job Summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for an Auto Parts Coordinator to inspect, verify, and distribute parts to workstations while confirming arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. The Parts Coordinator will also follow all guidelines in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using our state‑of‑the‑art equipment. The position offers hourly pay of $18.00 to $19.00.

• 1+ years of experience completing orders; vendor management preferred
• Minimum age 21 years
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under company insurance policy

• Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Understanding of written and verbal instructions, written estimates, and work orders
• Prioritization of competing tasks and adaptation to a fast‑paced environment
