Loader​/Delivery Associate

Job Description

We are seeking outgoing, friendly, and helpful team members to welcome and assist guests. Previous hardware experience is a plus but not a requirement as we provide extensive training.

• Work on your feet for the majority of your shift (6 to 8 hours).
• Lift 50 lbs or more consistently and assist with unloading trucks and stocking merchandise, keeping the store clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Execute daily operational goals and priorities assigned by store management, maintaining a "Speed is Life" attitude and a sense of urgency while paying attention to details.
• Maintain accuracy with operational standards including inventory, store property, and handling of figures and monies.
• Operate a forklift, safely dispense propane, and assist with the use of a motor vehicle for delivery purposes as required.

• Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Capacity to work as part of a team, take direction from managers, and participate actively in store meetings and training.
• Strong customer service orientation and enthusiasm in serving guests.
