Undercover Bed & Spas is looking for an energetic, self-motivated Part-Time Sales & Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, business development, and customer engagement while working in a fun, customer-focused environment.

We're looking for someone who is tenacious, accountable, creative, and willing to take initiative. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, learning new marketing strategies, and helping customers find products that improve their homes and lifestyles.

• Part-time with a flexible schedule Mondays and Saturdays are required

• Assist customers in selecting the right hot tubs, mattresses, and saunas.
• Build rapport and close sales.
• Maintain product knowledge.

• Consistently follow up with prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Convert leads through excellent service.

• Manage social media.
• Create engaging content.
• Increase engagement and followers.
• Research trends and algorithms.
• Develop creative content ideas.

• Create weekly newsletters and campaigns.
• Develop engaging promotional content.
• Ensure timely communications.

• Update product listings.
• Add new launches.
• Improve SEO.
• Keep website current.

• Strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated and dependable.
• Creative and accountable.
• Basic computer and social media skills.
• Sales, marketing, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required.

• $15/hour plus commission.
