Job PurposeAssist with maintenance of the Reproduction/Genetics Laboratory, research projects, and various laboratory processes.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for keeping the laboratory clean and organized, assist with equipment maintenance and safety practices, maintain inventory, and other duties as assigned. Interested individuals can be involved in sample collection and processing in various research projects.
Supplemental Functions- Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Currently enrolled student t be eligible, have received and accepted work study award through Student Financial Aid for the applicable semester and/or academic year.

Educational Benefits Applicable to CareersThis position is beneficial to a number of careers, specifically STEM majors. Students will learn how to operate and maintain a lab, as well as learn various sampling and processing techniques for samples.
