A-Level Master Service Technician
Laramie Auto Center is seeking an experienced, highly skilled A-Level Master Service Technician to join our growing service department. This opportunity is ideal for a technician who consistently performs at a high level, excels in diagnostics, and serves as a leader within the shop.
Compensation- Up to $42.00 per Flat Rate Hour, Depending on Experience and Certifications

The A-Level Master Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to manufacturer and dealership standards. This individual possesses advanced technical knowledge, exceptional diagnostic abilities, and a proven track record of productivity and teamwork.
Qualifications- Minimum of 10 years of professional automotive technician experience GM preferred
- Master Technician certification and all required manufacturer training completed.
- Advanced diagnostic, electrical, and drivability troubleshooting skills.
- Strong understanding of gasoline, diesel, electrical, HVAC, suspension, steering, and brake systems.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship with minimal comebacks.
- Efficiently complete repairs while following manufacturer procedures.
- Demonstrate superior diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Assist and mentor fellow technicians.
- Support service advisors and management with technical expertise.
- Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
- Contribute to dealership success through productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- GM Master Technician certification preferred.
- ASE Master Certification preferred.
- Experience with advanced diagnostics, electrical repair, diesel systems, and drivability concerns.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to advisors, managers, and customers when needed.
