Austin Powder Company is hiring a CDL B Driver/Operator to join its local team in Laramie, WY. This is a hands-on, safety-focused role for someone who enjoys driving, working outdoors, and supporting field operations. The position is full time, in person, pays up to $30/hr and offers a Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends and home nightly work.

• Inventory, load, unload, and transport product safely.

• Work at the local distribution center and in the field as part of a safety-first team.

• Read and interpret gauges and regulate them to correct standards.

• Maintain accurate daily records, including product usage and safety checks.

• Troubleshoot and help resolve issues in the field.

• Follow written, oral, diagram, and schedule-based instructions.

• Identify products by sight and maintain high attention to detail.

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL license.

• Clean driving record.

• Hazmat and tanker endorsements are highly preferred.

• Consideration may be given to CDL holders who still need endorsements.

• Manual transmission experience is a plus.

• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.

• Ability to meet all State and Federal explosive laws and qualify as an ATF explosive possessor.

• Ability to work non-traditional hours, generally starting early.

• Location: Laramie, WY

• Pay: Up to $30 per hour

• Schedule: Full time, Monday-Friday, no weekends
