Accounting Associate (Entry-Level)
HKG Duty Free, part of Ariva Group, is seeking a motivated recent Accounting graduate with Microsoft 365 skills to join our growing team in Miami. This is an excellent opportunity to launch your accounting career within a dynamic retail and international business environment.

Key Responsibilities Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

Support monthly reconciliations and financial reporting

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation using Microsoft 365 tools

Process invoices and assist with expense tracking

Support payroll and general accounting functions

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure financial accuracy

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (recent graduate)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word)
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
