Accounts Receivable Specialist

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities include invoicing, processing accounts receivable, reviewing sales and purchase documentation, entering data into company systems, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with month-end reports.

Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

• Friday: 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Skills and Experience

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 1-3 years of accounting or related experience preferred

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Basic bookkeeping and data entry skills

• Dependable with strong problem-solving abilities

Candidates must be dependable, able to meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
