Billing Assistant; EELCO

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Billing Assistant to join our team. The Billing Assistant will be responsible for processing invoices, handling billing inquiries, and ensuring accurate and timely billing of our clients.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in billing, accounting, or finance is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with billing software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Process invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to billing inquiries from clients and internal staff.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Assist with month‑end closing procedures.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely billing.
• Maintain billing records and documentation in an organized manner.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of billing regulations and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
