Earn $25–$35/hr + uncapped bonus (top techs earning $100K+) Monday–Friday schedule – no overnight travel

Incentive Earnings:
Earn 35% of your service labor sales. When your incentive exceeds your base guarantee, you'll receive the higher incentive pay.

In this role as a Mobile Maintenance Technician, you will be the go-to expert for on-road services at our Commercial Truck & Tire Centers. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring customer satisfaction through your technical expertise and attentive service.

About the Role:

What will you do?

• Servicing light mechanical vehicles for scheduled preventative maintenance at various client sites. Conditions can include working outside.
• Perform line technician services such as oil changes and tire services, routine inspections/maintenance, brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, and tire installation
• Using a company vehicle, you will be traveling to the client site to perform these services
• Must be able to work independently under minimal supervision

Basic Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 21 years of age.
• Must have one year of previous commercial truck or light mechanical service experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license for the type of vehicle required for the position and be able to meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
