The City of Laredo seeks an experienced HVAC Inspector to conduct mechanical inspections of commercial and residential buildings for compliance with local codes. The successful candidate will have at least five years of HVAC experience and be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Your responsibilities include reviewing construction plans, investigating complaints, and preparing detailed reports. A valid Texas Driver License is a must, along with the International Code Council Residential Mechanical Inspector Certification within a year of employment.
