Join the team in Laredo, TX and help drive successful Execution Phase outcomes for Measurement, Automation, and I&E work. As an I&E Construction Supervisor, you’ll lead field efforts that keep projects on schedule and within budget—managing crews, assigning job scopes, producing daily reporting and AFE cost tracking, and ensuring installed systems are functioning correctly while fully meeting Client requirements. You’ll also serve as the key interface between the work face and the Construction Site Manager/Lead, coordinating 3rd‑party contractors to deliver safe, quality installations.
Required Skills:- 10+ years of hands‑on electrical field construction experience on oil & gas projects
- 5+ years in a supervisory role, upholding the integrity of the construction/execution process
- Strong ability to understand and execute assigned construction tasks within defined project scope
- Demonstrated ability to interpret plans and specifications
- Proven success delivering projects within contracted schedule and budget
- Ability to work
