Member Assist Cart Attendant

Position Summary

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our members’ entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

• In the member assistant – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, helping them with purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available.
• You will assist members with loading vehicles and support a great member experience, remaining on feet and on the go, rain or shine.
• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions across the club, and promote company products and services.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area.

• Ensure club pick‑up orders are fulfilled by contacting members when pickup is delayed or items are unavailable, and offering alternative product options.
• Conduct safety sweeps, handle merchandise safely, and report unsafe situations.
• Process member purchases, assist with payments, and use cash registers according to company procedures.
• Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds and assist with transporting items.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Complete work assignments by collaborating with managers, co‑workers, and customers; identify priorities and recommend improvement opportunities.

Hourly rate: $16.00 - $24.00/hr*
