• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring accurate and efficient check-in and check-out processes
• Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism, escalating issues as needed
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
• Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests
• Assist with reservations and inquiries, ensuring accurate information is provided to guests
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

• Previous hotel experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Familiarity with hotel phone systems and basic computer skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
