• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Take the initiative to suggest solutions through established channels to enhance the company's services.
