Requirements
** Required for presentation: must have actual state license and TX DEA in hand, Must be board certified
** Active State Medical License, CDS, & DEA (with TX address), Board Certified in ABEM OR ABFM OR ABIM (or osteopathic counterparts),
* Must be residency trained in Specialty Certified in ACLS, ATLS, & PALS, CME past 2 years, case logs past 2 years, copies of all education & training diplomas, SS Card, Driver's license, color photo emailed to MSO, TB/FLU, Annually must have 9 hrs of Stroke CME and 9 hrs of Trauma CME. Current ATLS not required for ABEM providers & only need to provide copy of initial ATLS.
Additional Hospital Info 38-Bed ED (3 Trauma & 8 Fast Track) 43k Annual ED Volume Level III Trauma Center Advance Scheduling 44 Hours of Physician Coverage per day plus 12 hours NP Coverage Staffing Model 48 Hours Physician Coverage (6a-6p. 7a-7p. 6p-6a, 7p-7a) 24 Hours AP Coverage (9a-9p, 3p-3a)
