Coverage Needed

- Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with 1-hour lunch;
Evening Call Monday-Thursday, 5 PM - 8 AM - Coverage Type:
Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call- Call Type:

Required:
30 minutes for emergency only - Phone Consults: 10 daily in 24 hours
- Call Ratio: 5
- Patients Seen: 15-20
- Call Back %: 10

Clinical Details
- Practice Setting:
Outpatient and Inpatient - EMR System:
Cerner and Athena - Trauma Level: 3
- Patients Per Shift: Average of 15 patients
- Support Staff: 3 IR Nurses, 4 Rad Techs, 3 Office Staff
Requirements
- Board Certification:
Not required, but fellowship preferred - License Requirement:
Licensed in TX only - ACLS:
Yes - BLS:
Yes - Hospital/Surgery Center Privileges Required
- Temporary Privileges:
Available - Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: ASAP
