High-volume acute care facility with growing demand for diagnostic pathology services - Location:
Laredo, Texas (America's largest inland port city) - Practice Setting:
Established pathology department at a 183-bed acute care facility with state-of-the-art pathology laboratory - Support / Care Team:
Collaborative pathology group with expanding team, laboratory technologists, and support staff - EMR / Technology:
Cerner EMR with advanced clinical and anatomic pathology laboratory equipment
- Provide comprehensive anatomic and clinical pathology services to a diverse patient population
- Collaborate with the pathology group, clinicians, and laboratory staff to ensure high-quality diagnostic services
- Participate in diagnostic evaluations, reporting, and quality assurance activities
- Document findings and maintain accurate records within the hospital's EMR system

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology
- Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain Texas licensure
- Spanish language skills beneficial but not required
