Opportunity Details

We are seeking a full-time OB/GYN Hospitalist to join Laredo Physicians Group and Doctors Hospital of Laredo in Laredo, Texas. This hospital-employed opportunity is part of a well-established hospitalist program with a flexible one week on, one week off schedule, providing competitive compensation and a supportive team environment. • Patient Volume:
  Busy inpatient OB/GYN service with diverse case mix
• Location:
  
  Laredo, Texas (America's largest inland port city)
• Practice Setting: 183-bed acute care facility with advanced labor and delivery suites
• Support / Care Team:
  Established hospitalist program working alongside OB/GYN specialists, nursing, and support staff
• EMR / Technology:
  Cerner EMR with comprehensive inpatient management tools

• Provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care including labor and delivery management
• Collaborate with attending physicians, APPs, nursing, and ancillary staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Manage acute hospital cases requiring timely interventions and procedures
• Document all patient care thoroughly and accurately using Cerner EMR
• Participate in structured shift rotations providing continuous hospitalist coverage

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain Texas licensure
• Prior hospitalist experience preferred but not required
• Spanish language skills not required
