We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity at ER Wright Ranch
, a newly opened freestanding emergency department in Laredo, Texas.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern, efficient ER setting with full physician coverage and strong support services.

• Freestanding ER – Opened 2025
• Annual Volume: ~9,000 patients
• 9 Exam Rooms
• 1 Trauma Room
• EMR:
  Cerner
• 24-Hour Physician Coverage (12-hour shifts)
• Onsite Diagnostic Services:
• X-Ray
• CT
• Ultrasound
• Laboratory Services

• Compensation: $320 per hour
• Assignment Length: Indefinite
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts
• Full physician coverage model

• Active Texas Medical License
• Active DEA (with Texas address)
• Residency Trained in:
• Emergency Medicine (EM)
• Internal Medicine (IM)
• Family Medicine (FM)
• Board Certified (Preferred but not required) in:
• ABEM
• ABFM
• ABIM
• (or osteopathic equivalents)
• Must have:
• Current ER experience within the past 12 months OR
• Recently completed residency
• Current
  
  Certifications:
• ACLS
• ATLS
• PALS

• CME (past 2 years)
• Case logs (past 2 years)
• Copies of all education & training diplomas
• Social Security Card (or current VISA )
• Driver's License
• Current color photo (emailed to MSO)
• Immunization records

Ongoing Requirement:

• 8 hours of Trauma CME annually
