  24 Hours Physician Coverage – 12 hour shifts
• Job Setting:
  Freestanding ER
• Credentialing: 60 days

• Board Certified/Board Eligible:
  Board Certified in ABEM, ABFM, ABIM (or osteopathic counterparts) – preferred but not required. Must be residency trained in EM, IM or FM specialty
• Licensure:
  Active State Medical License and DEA (with TX address).
