Rhino Medical is seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity at a Level III Trauma Center in Laredo, Texas. This multispecialty hospital offers a diverse, complex clinical scope, with a flexible schedule aligned to the hospital's operational needs.

Clinical Scope

• Emergency medicine duties in a Level III Trauma Center environment
• Management of trauma, pediatrics, ICU, OB-GYN, neurosurgery, orthopedics, urology, behavioral health, and related ED services
• Handling complex pediatric transfers to tertiary centers

Practice Environment
A major regional referral hospital with 13 ED beds, including trauma and negative pressure rooms. The ED manages complex transfers and diverse emergency cases, supported by Cerner EMR, Cath Lab, CT, ICU, MRI, and behavioral health services.

Requirements

• Active Texas Medical License (required)
• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM)
• ATLS, ACLS, PALS certifications (required)
• Clean professional file
• DEA registration (may be in process)
