Locum Tenens‑Emergency Medicine Physician at ER Wright Ranch in Laredo, TX. Compensation $270–$320 per hour. Start date April 1, 2026. Indefinite assignment of 12‑hour shifts.

  ER Wright Ranch, Laredo, TX
• Facility:
  Freestanding ER opened 2025, ~9,000 annual volume, 9 exam rooms, 1 trauma room, Cerner EMR, 12‑hour shifts
• Coverage:
  Full physician coverage model, 24‑hour coverage, 12‑hour shifts
• Compensation: $270–$320 per hour
• Schedule:
  
  12‑hour shifts, indefinite assignment

• Active Texas Medical License
• Active DEA with Texas address
• Residency training in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine (or osteopathic equivalents)
• Board Certified (Preferred but not required) in ABEM, ABFM, ABIM or equivalents
• Current ER experience within past 12 months or recently completed residency
• Current ACLS, ATLS, PALS certifications

• CME (past 2 years)
• Case logs (past 2 years)
• Copies of all education & training diplomas
• Social Security Card (or current VISA )
• Driver’s License
• Current color photo (emailed to MSO)
• Immunization records
  
  Ongoing requirement: 8 hours of Trauma CME annually
