A local Baptist church in Laredo, Texas is seeking a Senior Pastor with bilingual skills in English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, a passion for evangelism, and experience in teaching. Responsibilities include leading the pastoral team, preaching compelling messages, and fostering spiritual growth within the congregation. A Master’s Degree and 3-5 years of ordained experience are preferred.

Competitive salary of $70,000 - $75,000 based on experience is offered.
