Fall Adjunct Faculty (Mathematics) – On Campus

The Department of Mathematics and Physics seeks qualified students for part‑time Adjunct Faculty appointments in Mathematics. Successful candidates may teach up to six semester credit hours, hold office hours, and assist students as needed. The position requires face‑to‑face interactions on a regular scheduled campus attendance.

• Teach up to six semester credit hours within the required discipline.
• Hold office hours to meet student needs.
• Assist students academically as required.
• Participate in required face‑to‑face interactions on campus.

• Master’s degree in the discipline or a closely related field.
• Minimum 18 graduate hours in the discipline.
• Previous teaching experience at the collegiate level (preferred).
• Strong communication skills, oral and written.
• Ability to interact effectively and professionally with the public.
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize tasks, and work under stress with pressing timelines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

These are temporary, semester‑based appointments assigned per semester and as needed. Appointments are for the Fall 2026 semester and/or any applicable Fall 2026 sub‑terms. Initial review of applications will begin on July 15, 2026.
