• Be on time. Wear a clean, presentable uniform and be ready at your call time.
• Smile, make eye contact, and be courteous.
• Be proactive – approach guests and greet them warmly:
  Hello, may I show you to your seat?
• Escort guests to their seats whenever possible.
• Inspect your area prior to an event to ensure it is clean and presentable.
• Check each ticket thoroughly, noting date, section, seat, and row number.
• Receive and act upon guest complaints, referring unresolved issues to your supervisor.
• Know the location of your supervisor at all times.
• Keep aisles clear of people.
• Politely inform guests where smoking is allowed.
• Notify your supervisor when spills or accidents occur in your section.
• When observing a guest with unauthorized contraband, contact your supervisor immediately if your polite request is met with resistance.

Other duties may be assigned.

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Bi‑lingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are a must.
• Must be 18+ years old to apply.
