The City of Laredo is seeking a Building Plan Examiner who will review building plans to ensure compliance with International and local codes. Responsibilities include issuing building permits, enforcing ordinances, and providing exceptional customer service to engineers and designers.
The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Building Construction or a related field, have a valid Texas Driver License, and possess a minimum of three years' experience in the field. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
