• Lead the Nutrition Care Process
• Provide nutrition assessments, consultations and care plans
• Provide nutritional care to patients with complex nutritional needs in rehabilitation settings
• Collaboratingwithateamofhealthcareprofessionals Physicians,PAs,Therapists,Occupational Speech Therapists .
• Provide nutrition expertise, education and consultations to patients and staff
