Overview
Responsible for working with administrative and direct services in developing and implementing emergency shelter services, i.e. crisis intervention, crisis counseling, intakes, assessments, orientations and cooperative living agreements.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement emergency shelter services in collaboration with administrative and direct services; provide crisis intervention and crisis counseling; conduct intakes and assessments; deliver orientations; establish cooperative living agreements.
Qualifications- Education:
High School Diploma - Experience:
Educational experience in human services or equivalent life experiences. Prefer knowledge and/or experience with residential care settings. Prefer knowledge and/or experience in crisis intervention and/or crisis counseling. - Other:
Strong household management capabilities. Ability to work rotating shifts. Ability to work extended hours as needed. Ability to lift and push 50 pounds. Basic computer skills. - Preferred Experience:
Prefer knowledge and/or experience with residential care settings. - Preferred Other:
Bilingual preferred. Valid driver's license preferred.
