Job Summary
Responsible to carry out patient treatment plan as directed by supervising occupational therapist. Flexibility and independent decision making skills are important.
Essential Job Functions- Provides patient care and treatments as directed in OT evaluation.

- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- One (1) year progressively responsible experience performing occupational therapy assistant functions preferred.
- TX State Occupational Therapy Assistant License required.
- Current CPR certification required.
Continued employment is contingent on successfully maintaining current required certification(s) and/or license(s).
