Job SummaryResponsible for the operation of diagnostic CT and the performance of all CT procedures at a technical level not requiring direct supervision. Possess a positive and courteous attitude, and take the initiative to go beyond what is expected in a teamwork environment.

Graduate of a recognized, approved American Medical Association Council of Education program in radiologic technology; associate's degree preferred.
Previous experience as a CT-Tech in an acute care environment is preferred.
Licensure- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Ability to recognize subtle differences between healthy and pathological areas.
- Knowledge of radiographic examinations as well as procedures that require the use of contrast agents.
- Knowledge of radiographic equipment operation and radiation safety.
- Knowledge of patient transfers and positioning technique.
