Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
A minimum of a two (2) year associate degree or preferably a four (4) year baccalaureate degree from a school or training program by the Committee on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC), or its predecessor the Joint Review Committee for Respiratory Therapy Education (JRCRTE), or accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) CRT required RRT certification with the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) required Licensed to practice respiratory care in state of Texas required BLS required ACLS optional PALS optional NRP required within 6 months of hire, if working in NICU
