- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or related science
- Certification via ASCP, AMT, or AAB required
- 0-2 years of acute care laboratory experience
- Strong understanding of lab procedures, quality control, and safety
- Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency with laboratory information systems and record-keeping
