Responsibilities include assessing nutritional needs, engaging patients and families, setting goals, and monitoring responses to therapeutic plans.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient nutritional status and develop personalized nutrition strategies.
- Educate patients and caregivers on dietary management of kidney disease.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Monitor and adjust nutrition plans based on patient response.
- Support the mission of enhancing patient lives through compassionate care.
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential with proof of registration.
- Minimum of one year clinical nutrition experience; two years preferred.
- Current dietitian license in applicable states; required licenses vary by location.
- Basic proficiency in English and computer skills, including Microsoft Office and clinical applications.
- Demonstrated communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
