Dialysis Registered Dietitian

Role Overview:

As a Dietitian, you will be a vital part of an interdisciplinary team providing specialized nutritional care for patients with kidney disease, under supervision of a Regional Manager.

• Patient Nutrition:
  Recommend therapeutic diets based on current, science-based practices, considering patient needs and treatment changes. Review lab results, educate on nutrition topics like fluid, sodium, potassium, and CKD-Mineral and Bone Disorder management. Conduct assessments, care planning, and participate in interdisciplinary conferences.
• Teamwork:
  Collaborate with medical staff, facility personnel, and community partners to foster positive relationships and ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Safety & Quality:
  Contribute to clinical and operational processes aimed at improving patient outcomes, maintain quality assurance programs, and participate in QAPI activities.

• Current RD/RDN certification and relevant degree.
• At least one year of clinical nutrition experience.
• Valid dietitian license in applicable state, with current standing.
• Proficient in English communication and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and clinical applications.
• Meet state-specific practice requirements.
