Satellite Healthcare, Inc. seeks a Clinical Administrative Coordinator to support kidney dialysis clinics with accurate scheduling, patient intake, and medical record management. In this mission-driven, patient-centered role, you'll coordinate referrals and authorizations, prepare charts, track labs, and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. You'll collaborate closely with nurses, social workers, and nephrologists, communicate with patients and families, and help optimize clinic workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient scheduling, intake, and registration for dialysis services
  • Manage and update electronic medical records, charts, and documentation accurately
  • Process referrals, authorizations, and insurance information in a timely manner
  • Support clinicians by preparing patient charts, lab reports, and treatment documents
  • Monitor and track labs, orders, and follow-up tasks to support continuity of care
  • Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and privacy standards (HIPAA)
  • Serve as a point of contact for patients, families, and providers for administrative needs
  • Assist with clinic workflow, data entry, and reporting to support quality initiatives
  • Collaborate with nurses, social workers, and nephrologists on care coordination
  • Participate in training and process improvement efforts to enhance patient experience
