Regency Integrated Health Services - - Responsibilities:
Administer prescribed medications and treatments as defined by state regulations and facility policy.;
Observe and report reactions and side effects to the charge nurse.;
Take and record vital signs prior to medication administration when required.;
Document administered medications in the resident's medication administration record.;
Assist with daily resident care activities (bathing, feeding, dressing, mobility) as needed.
