Greene Resources is seeking a Contract Technical Recruiter to join a growing and dynamic team! The Contract Technical Recruiter will partner with the recruiting team and hiring managers to support a variety of technical recruiting needs. The immediate hiring demand is concentrated within the Managed Services team, which is experiencing significant growth and securing new customer contracts with tight hiring timelines.
Recruiters may support searches across areas including Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Product Management, Software Engineering, Memory Engineering, and AI Infrastructure, as well as other technical and corporate functions. Depending on business needs and experience, responsibilities may range from sourcing and candidate identification to managing the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned requisitions.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles.
- Source and identify qualified candidates for technical and hard-to-fill positions using Linked In Recruiter and other recruiting tools.
- Conduct passive candidate outreach and build talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
- Review and assess high-volume candidate pipelines and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screens and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
- Manage candidate communications, interview coordination, follow-up, and status updates.
- Depending on experience and business needs, manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions.
- Utilize the organization's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and track recruiting activity.
- Collaborate with recruiting team members to prioritize searches and shift recruiting support based on changing business needs.
- Support recruiting for positions across varying levels of experience and technical disciplines.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all candidate communications and recruiting documentation are accurate, polished, and free of errors.
- Leverage available recruiting technology and AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to improve efficiency and productivity.
- 3+ years of professional recruiting experience, preferably supporting technical or engineering positions.
- Experience recruiting for technical roles such as Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Product Management, or related areas.
- Proven experience using Linked In Recruiter to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, and outreach skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, including the ability to proofread candidate communications and recruiting documentation.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed recruiting team.
- Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and supporting different recruiting needs as business demands shift.
- Experience recruiting within technology, engineering, managed services, semiconductor, AI infrastructure, or other technical environments.
- Experience supporting high-volume recruiting or recruiting surges.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer.
- Familiarity with recruiting AI tools and technologies.
