Position: VP Sales - Advanced Manufacturing (US-Mexico Region)

Role Overview

The Vice President of Sales – Advanced Manufacturing is responsible for driving revenue growth with U.S.–Mexico cross-border and Mexico-based manufacturing customers. This role focuses on solution based selling, supporting customers as they navigate nearshoring strategies, Mexico operations and complex border environments.

The ideal candidate is a bilingual (English/Spanish) sales leader with deep experience in cross-border commerce who can speak fluently about border crossings, customs, compliance, and Mexico manufacturing operations, and who engages customers as a trusted advisor, not a transactional seller.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and expand relationships with advanced manufacturing and cross-border customers.
  • Lead executive level sales conversations focused on solving operational and supply chain challenges.
  • Design and present integrated solutions across cross border transportation, customs/compliance, and Mexico operations.
  • Drive complex, multi-service sales opportunities from discovery through close.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in U.S.–Mexico border dynamics and southern border operations.
  • Build strong relationships with U.S. and Mexico based customer stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with operations, compliance, and leadership teams to ensure solution alignment and execution.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of sales experience with cross border and/or Mexico exposure
  • Proven track record driving revenue growth across complex, multi-country operations
  • Deep understanding of U.S.–Mexico trade
    , border operations, and Mexico manufacturing environments
  • Proven success selling complex, solution-based offerings
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Strong executive presence, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly in the US and Mexico
Preferred Experience
  • Automotive, electronics, or industrial sectors.
  • Nearshoring or Mexico expansion initiatives.
  • Experience working with customs, compliance, or regulated trade environments.
  • Experience with digital sales enablement tools or CRM platforms in complex B2B environments.
