A company is looking for a VP of Growth to build and scale its growth engine across various channels.
Key Responsibilities- Own and execute growth strategies across paid, organic, creators, and lifecycle channels
- Run experiments on ad creatives, funnels, and onboarding processes while building a data-driven growth model
- Lead a small, high-output team, fostering a culture of rapid execution and testing
- Proven experience in owning growth at a consumer or product-led growth company
- Deep understanding of funnels, cohorts, CAC / LTV, and payback metrics
- Experience in designing and analyzing experiments
- Comfortable working in both strategic and executional capacities
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in marketing and growth strategies
