• Analyze large amounts of usage data to provide meaningful business intelligence to customers
• Support technology products and services while engaging with customers to meet their needs
• Represent the employer to 10-15 enterprise cloud customers and facilitate their cloud management projects
• Conduct financial analysis of client cloud spending, identifying optimization opportunities and preparing recommendations
• Onboard new customers to the Cloud Optimizer service and assist the sales team as needed

• Minimum of 3 years' experience supporting technology products or services
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with engineers and developers
• Experience in customer relationship management and managing key stakeholder relationships
• Proficient in data analysis and transforming data into actionable insights
• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create summaries and visuals for reporting

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP platforms is a plus but not required
• Experience with cloud management platforms (e.g., AWS Cost Explorer, Cloud Health) is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to cross-sell and up-sell services
• Knowledge of advanced data analysis tools like Tableau, Alteryx, or Power
  
  BI is a plus
