Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies and driving brand awareness online, via paid and organic client acquisition tactics.

• Plan and execute digital marketing communication strategies that align with the brand’s business objectives.
• Develop the brand’s online presence and identity.
• Develop social media strategy including competitive analysis, guidelines, and best practices.
• Define budget recommendations for digital and online advertising.
• Provide metrics to measure success of campaigns.
• Manage online ad expenditures with reporting and performance analysis.
• Coordinate research including surveys and focus groups.

• Creative design and illustration.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Proofreading and editing, writing copy for advertisements.
• Website and Facebook page optimization for maximum conversions.
• Search engine optimization.
• Active listening and critical thinking.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, website design and video production/editing.
• 2 years of experience in digital marketing implementation, website design, and social media OR 3 years of hands‑on experience in digital media.
• Professional portfolio expected at interview.
