We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to support our Distribution Center (DC) operations and manage supply chain activities within a 3PL warehouse environment. This role is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring smooth operational flow, and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support efficient warehouse operations
• Monitor daily DC activity and implement corrective actions to resolve operational issues and maintain workflow
• Communicate effectively with multiple sites, internal teams, and external partners
• Collaborate with transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate shipment movement
• Arrange special or expedited shipments as needed to meet business requirements
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency
• Track, collect, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Generate reports by consolidating data from multiple Excel sources

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data consolidation, reporting, analysis)
• Understanding of supply chain and logistics networks, particularly within a 3PL environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in distribution center or warehouse operations
• Experience working with transportation providers and logistics partners
• Familiarity with performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
